Studio Nilima hosted a training session on ‘Property Crimes in the IPC’ from June 13-16, 2019. This is second in a series of Criminal Law capacity building sessions held with a view of gaining fluency and grounding in procedural and theoretical aspects of criminal law in an interactive format. Mr. Abhinav Sekhri, a practicing criminal lawyer from Delhi and our mentor for the year 2019-2020, facilitated the session. The four days provided insightful discussions on property crimes from Chapters XVII and XVIII of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) with the participants.
